Drip Pans
The Drip Pans feature an easy to clean, non-stick surface and have the Big Green Egg logo embossed in the bottom of the pan. The 13-inch x 9-inch Drip Pan works perfectly with the V-Rack for cooking turkey, roasts, chickens and other larger cuts of meat. The 9-inch Drip Pan is just right under either the Vertical Chicken Roaster or the Vertical Turkey Roaster. The interior is also non-stick and it has the Big Green Egg logo embossed in the bottom of the pan as well.

The cast iron Dutch Oven is ideal for cooking stews, soups and chili or even applesauce in the Big Green Egg. You can also boil, simmer and even bake cobblers in it. It holds 5 quarts and has a bail handle.

If you're using the Large or XL EGG® to cook fish or small foods like mushrooms, shrimp or scallops that might fall through the regular cooking grid, use the 16-inch x 12-inch fish grid or the 16-inch round fish grid to enjoy all the benefits of the EGG without being concerned about food falling into the coals. It is made of porcelain coated steel and has perforations to ensure the heat and flavor reach the food.

It is made from porcelain coated steel and has perforations to ensure the food will absorb the same wonderful flavor it would on the regular cooking grid.
