Getting Ready All the information you should know when purchasing and taking delivery of a Bull Barbecue Island.
- Closely verify that all measurement and criteria are correct, as all sales are final
The area where the barbecue island is going to be placed should be pre-determined before our delivery crew arrives at your residence. Clearance required is 36" wide, 6' high, excluding fireplaces, which need 10' overhead clearance. If a crane is required for delivery, Bull Outdoor Products is not responsible for crane charges. However Bull Outdoor Products will schedule the crane. - The purchaser must be present at the time of the barbecue Island delivery.
All debris, limiting and blocking access to or on the set-up location, must be removed prior to delivery. - Delivery crew will, at time of delivery:
Place the Barbeque Island in an area directed by you. Place the barbeque head in the Barbeque Island. Delivery crew will not: Take the Barbeque Island up or down steps. Place the barbeque on a deck. Hookup any electrical, gas, water or drain lines. Move any fences, trash or any other debris out of the way. Put any barstools together. - When an island is purchased that is equipped with a GFCI outlet or refrigerator, you are responsible for the "hook-up" of the electrical connections. If a sink is purchased, you are also responsible for the "hook-ups" of the water drains and lines.
Check with local building departments for codes regarding proper hook-ups. A licensed plumber should size the natural gas lines. A 3/8" female flare fitting is needed to connect to the barbeque; a shut-off valve and a "T" will be required for a side burner hook-up. Standard plumbing needs: ½" hot-cold water lines and a 1-1/2" drain line. Standard electrical needs: 110 volt, 20 AMP breaker and 3-12 gauge wires. All colors pertaining to Rock, Stucco, Tile, Granite, Brick, and Grout may slightly vary due to subtle differences in product dye lots. - Allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.
All delivery times will be set within a four-hour window, the morning of delivery. - Rescheduling your delivery will result in up to 4-6 week delay for a new delivery date.
